Susheela Agrovet
Susheela Agrovet is the specialized waste-to-value and by-product management arm of Susheela Group. It operates two divisions: one dedicated to the sourcing and processing of poultry by-products (viscera, liver, feet and carcasses); and second focused on end-to-end pet food scrap collection and disposal management. Headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, Susheela Agrovet serves leading pet food manufacturers across India, turning potential waste streams into high-quality ingredients.
Susheela Agrovet was founded in 2010 to extend Susheela Group’s legacy of sustainable animal-nutrition solutions into the realm of waste management. Initially centred on poultry offal supply chain, it soon identified a growing need among pet food companies for compliant, efficient scrap disposal. By 2015, the company had launched a dedicated Pet Food Scrap Management Division, rapidly becoming a preferred partner for safe, eco-friendly disposal services nationwide.

Supply Chain and Processing With a robust supply chain network spanning across 8+ states of India, we ensure seamless delivery of our products. Our advanced processing and cold storage unit, located in Siddipet District, Telangana, boasts a capacity of 6,000 TPA. This facility enables us to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Our facility has the capacity to handle 1,200 tonnes per annum (TPA) of food scrap, working in partnership with 5+ leading pet food brands in India. 1. Pet Food Scrap Management (Primary Activity)
The Pet Food Scrap Management division provides a simple, end-to-end service for pet food manufacturers who need to dispose of expired or off-spec batches. We collect scrap from our customers and transport it to our facility for grinding and milling. The processed material, which is deformed, is then sold to aqua feed companies. We provide comprehensive disposal documentation and regulatory compliance support, ensuring each step meets all applicable standards. As one of the leading companies in India in this segment, Susheela Agrovet is well recognized for its reliable, sustainable approach.
2. Poultry by-products divison
Our Poultry Viscera, Liver & Carcass Supply Chain division procures, cleans, freezes, stores, and delivers premium-quality poultry viscera, liver, feet and carcass to pet food manufacturers—no rendering involved. We maintain strict cold-chain management, full traceability.
